KDG Africa is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022 (Act No. 11 of 2022) and the Personal Data Protection (Personal Data Collection and Processing) Regulations, 2023 of Tanzania. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal data when you visit or use our Site.

2. Data Controller & Registration
  • KDG Africa is the Data Controller for any personal data collected via the Site.
  • We are registered as a Data Controller / Processor (as required by law) with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Tanzania.
3. What Personal Data We Collect

  • Contact Information: name, email address, phone number, postal address.

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time, if processing is based on consent.
